Who can I call about a street light that is out?
To Report a streetlight outage, call: 1-888-544-4877. Say “Streetlight Problem” after the greeting. Or you can report this on line at: www.firstenergycorp.com. Under Outages, select “Report Streetlight Problems”.

You will need to know the address the streetlight is located (nearest cross street, nearest house #) and if possible, the number on the streetlight pole.
