The Califon Book Shop

December is a great time to shop local at the Califon Book Shop!

The Califon Book Shop is stocked with books for every member of the family, including books on local history and those written by local authors. In keeping with the Califon tradition they stock gnomes and fairies too!

Come see their puppets, Plus Plus, and other small toys. Golden Rabbit splatter ware tin mugs, plates and platters in a special holiday snow man design make great gifts. Their new stationery line features designs that name drop the township including Califon and Oldwick, as well as a stationary line for Hunterdon County.  As always, gift cards are available, and gift wrap is always free.

The Califon Book Shop is very excited to be bringing back storytime! For their first session, pre-schoolers and their parent or care giver will be invited to hear, and then sing along, to singable books for the winter season. Please call the shop for the date, time and to sign up. This event is free of charge.

Additionally, The Hunterdon Choral Union Hunterdon Symphony will be performing a winter concert titled A Spirited Christmas on December 18, 2016. The concert will be held at Hunterdon Central High School and tickets are available at the Califon Book Shop.
