Rabies Incident

Please be advised that a Racoon tested positive for Rabies, today, June 15th. The raccoon was in the area of Route 512 and Guinea Hollow Road.

ANY AREA RESIDENTS WHO MAY HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH THIS RACOON ANY TIME BETWEEN MAY 27, 2020 AND JUNE 10, 2020 should notify their primary care physician immediately or the Hunterdon Medical Center Emergency Room to discuss concerns, re: possible exposure and the need for post-exposure prophylaxis treatment.
