Main Street Closure Beginning Monday April 6th

The Main Street Pavement Improvement Project will Commence Monday, April 6, 2020.

Construction on Main Street between Academy Street and Philhower Ave will be performed in two separate phases.

The scope of the work for the first phase will primarily consist of improving existing draining structures and repairing curbs and sidewalks in various locations. The working hours for this work will generally be from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. During this time the road will be closed to through traffic but will remain open to local traffic and emergency vehicles.

The second phase of work will consist of milling the existing road and installing new asphalt. Prior to the commencement of this work, residents will receive an additional notice with further instructions from Top Line Construction, the contractor for this project.

Duration of Project- Approximately 3-4 weeks.
