Fiona Cusack Presents Eagle Project to Califon Council

On Thursday night, Califon resident and High School senior Fiona Cusack sought approval from the Califon Council to place two Lending Libraries or “Little Free Libraries” in town. Ms. Cusack advised that she would be putting one at the Califon School, and after some discussion, it was decided that the Califon Commons Park, behind the Post Office, would be a good location. It was suggested that the Little Free Library could be placed along Main Street, with more foot traffic.  Council members unanimously approved Ms. Cusack’s plans and thanked her for her excellent presentation.
