If you participate in the Hunterdon Area Energy Co-Op (HAEC) you may have received a letter from IDT Energy stating that due to an administrative error, you are owed a refund.
This is NOT a scam, it is legitimate!
To receive your refund you must complete the verification process within 30 days of the date your letter is postmarked. You can complete the process online via the website indicated on the letter, and enter your unique certificate code, or call 1-800-450-1575 between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please call that same number with any questions.
