Property Reassessments

Please be advised that the Board of Taxation has requested that we advise any homeowner looking for value adjustments to file an appeal at the County Board of Taxation before April 1st.

Local Tax Assessors have been advised not to make any adjustments prior to an appeal being filed.

If you believe your property record card is incorrect, the Tax Assessor, Penny Holenstein can inspect your property and make corrections, however, these corrections must be brought to Penny’s attention by December 11th. You must be available for the inspection.
