COUNCILMAN BAGGSTROM AND HAVERSANG SWORN INTO OFFICE FOR NEW TERMS

The new year brought new terms of office for council members Rich Baggstrom and Ed Haversang. 

Mayor Charles Daniel swore Councilman Ed Haversang into office at the Reorganization meeting on January 4, 2024. Ed will serve as a council member for another three years, ending on 12/31/2026. Ed will continue to serve as the Fire Commissioner, First Aid Liaison, and Council Liaison to the Environmental Commission and the Emergency Management Committee. 

Rich Baggstrom was sworn into office by Mayor Daniel at the January 18^th Council meeting. Rich will also serve a three-year term, which expires on 12/31/26.  Rich has served on the Council for many terms over the years, as well as on the Planning Board. Rich will continue to serve as the Police Commissioner and the Mayoral Alternate to the Califon Planning / Zoning Board. Councilman Baggstrom will continue to be the Borough’s Streets and Roads liaison. 

Mayor Daniel thanked the entire council for their time and dedication in serving their community.
