The Recreation Committee Needs You !

Do you enjoy the Califon Memorial Day Parade? The Autumn Street Fair? Spring Easter Egg hunt? Christmas visit from Santa at the Train station? Califon Fun Days in the park?

Do you love small town life in Califon and desire to keep these events going strong, as well as finding new ways to bring neighbors together in celebration of our unique community?

Then the Califon Recreation Committee needs you!

We are actively seeking members to help plan and execute these events. No prior experience is needed, just a positive attitude. The time commitment is minimal and flexible – we have one meeting per month and organize small teams to manage each event. If you are only able to help with certain events, that is fine. In addition to adult volunteers, we also have junior members (age 12-18) and Recreation Committee participation can be used to fulfill High School Community Service requirements.
